DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Unfortunately pets are not allowed. The following are within close proximity of the

DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS? All bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas are designated non-smoking; there is a smoking area at the front of the guest house.

DO YOU HAVE INTERNET ACCESS? All bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas offer complimentary wireless Internet access, a user name and password are required to access this service and will be provided by us. |
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN/OUT OF THE GUEST HOUSE? Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:30 on the day of departure, You can book a late check out at a cost of £10. |
CAN A LATE CHECK OUT BE ARRANGED? By prior arrangement and subject to availability a late check out at 12:30 on the day of departure can be provided and a supplement of £10.00 per room would apply. |
DO YOU HAVE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS? We have no ground floor rooms the guest house is over 3 floors if available when you book you can ask for the first floor? |
DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING? The guest house has no parking which we can reserve for you there is free onstreet parking at a first come first serve basis or there is a pay and display car park at both ends of Coop Street. |
WHICH RAILWAY STATION IS CLOSEST TO THE HOTEL? Blackpool North station is in the town centre – taxi are usually available outside the North station. For further rail information contact National Rail Enquiries or visit www.nationalrail.co.uk |
DO I NEED TO BOOK EVENING DINNER? Yes evening dinner can be prebooked for the duration of your stay when you book your rooms or you can book it daily at breakfast. |
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS TO ACCOMMODATE 2 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN? All of our family rooms have a double bed and a set of bunk beds in them if the children do not mind sharing a bed we don't mind but there is an extra cost of £5 per day. |
DO YOU PROVIDE COTS? Travel cots can be provided complimentary and should be requested in advance, alternatively you are welcome to bring your own travel cot. |
CAN YOU ARRANGE FLOWERS,CHOCOLATE,WINE ETC FOR SPECIAL OCCATIONS? A full range of products is available to celebrate special occasions – please contact Emma 01253 620341 for further information. |
DO YOU ACCEPT SINGLE SEX PARTIES SUCH AS STAG OR HENS? The guest house has a strict policy to not accept single sex parties, for assistance in locating accommodation for single sex parties please contact Visit Blackpool on 01253 478 222 or www.visitblackpool.com |
DO YOUR ROOMS HAVE IRONS/IRONING BOARDS? All our ensuite bedrooms have an iron/ironing board in them for your use during your stay with us there is an iron and irioning board on request for the standard rooms. |
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING? If you cancel outside 14 days of your arrival date you loose your deposit if you cancel inside 14 days of your arrival date the balance must be paid. |
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SHOW ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL? The balance of the account must be paid and will be taken off the credit/debit card you gave for your deposit if the money cannot be taken off the credit/debit card we will take the person on the booking form to court to recover the balance of the room plus any court cost. we recommend travel insurance be taken at your discretion. |
